Are you a structured and ambitious administrator/coordinator looking for a challenge in a world leading company in FMCG? MultiMind seeking a Customization Coordinator for a consultancy assignment in Stockholm.
About the company
Our client is a successful international company in the consumer goods industry. The company is American and has operations worldwide. You will serve on the Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. Service is a need of employment of 6 months with good prospects for the extension.
About the role
In this position, you have a coordinating role in the marketing department and act as the link between all production planners at the company and its various layers. You also have daily contact with carriers. Your duties include, for example:
Coordinate local customization activities between different stakeholders internally preparation of performance reports improvement of work processes
You will work against many short deadlines and you will be given responsibility to drive your processes forward.
Your profile
We expect you to have experience of similar work previously. Perhaps within administration or in a coordinating role.
One requirement is that you speak and write English fluently and has some knowledge of Swedish.
As a person, you are a problem solver with good interpersonal skills. The role also requires that you have the ability to make quick decisions because you will be working in a changing environment where the pace is often high.
Since you will be working in SAP and Excel , advanced skills in these programs are also a requirement.
