As a Karma Ambassador you will go through our awesome 60-day training program to help put Karma in the hands of your favourite food outlets so they can earn money on their surplus food, instead of wasting it. During and after the program you will meet our founders and key employees for Q&As and training sessions that will give you a unique understanding of entrepreneurship and the startup life.
Living the Ambassador Life
You'll run the whole sales funnel from lead to onboarding with restaurants, cafés and grocery stores
You'll engage new restaurants, cafés and grocery stores to start using Karma to save their food waste by giving them a top-notch onboarding
You'll spread the word about Karma to friends and family and in your local community
You might even represent Karma at various events
The DREAM candidate
This is partially a sales ambassadorship so you are a social chameleon with a natural desire to compete and win
You are comfortable speaking in front of people and can be very convincing when you put your mind to it
You're able to deliver an excellent customer experience, every time
You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
We rank attitude and motivation higher than experience - so passion is everything

The 60-day training program is divided into three phases with qualification for each phase.
Those who qualify this phase move to the second phase where you start your own cold calls and receive more in depth sales training. In the last phase you might advance to physical meetings with sellers and be part of the founder Q&As and additional training.
Once through the 60-day training program you're a full fledged Karma Ambassador and you'll be able to choose your activities more freely based on what's available.
The role is part-time and in Stockholm, with a flexible remote possibility. BUT we will from time to time ask you to come to the Stockholm office. The pay will be commission and/or hourly based depending on which tasks you are assigned and which ones you choose.
