Description
Do you want to lead the global AM & PM work in SCO Industrial Base Management?
In this position you will drive actions and behaviours across the organisation to improve Planned Maintenance approach for supporting an effective and reliable asset base. In addition, your task will be to define and support the building of Autonomous Maintenance culture in the factories. You will also work closely with the Equipment Groups and other Master Pillars to ensure a coordinated approach.
You will be based in Lund and report to the Director WCM & Quality.
Main responsibilities
• Follow-up and drive global AM & PM KPIs
• Drive collaboration with Equipment Groups to develop and govern processes for AM-PM performance in the clusters and factories
• Support Clusters and central organisation in incorporating AM mindset and methods in daily work
• Assess and address competence levels and drive capability improvement plans
• Collaborate with other Master Pillars to ensure alignment with overall ambition and direction
• Ensure constant evaluation and review of AM-PM methodology and assessment sheet
Qualifications
You have a background within Supply Chain Operations (Factory) with prior experience of leading an AM pillar; you have practically applied WCM methods/tools and successfully lead improvement teams. You have a solid understanding of the PM pillar, along with other core pillars.
Your drive for results as well as your ability to lead and drive performance through others will be crucial in the role. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to manage stakeholders and networks across geographies and organisational boundaries. You are a strong communicator and driving change and improvement will be highly motivating to you. Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
