hela Sverige Sandvik IT Services is the Sandvik Group's internal company with responsibility for infrastructure, application development and systems management in the IT area. We are now looking for an Application Management (AM) Coordinator for our operations in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
The AM Coordinator will deliver application management according to Sandvik IT Services AM Concept.
Main responsibilities include:
• Leading, coordinating and supporting staff in application management assignments
• Bearing responsibility for receiving new maintenance objects into AM according to the handover process
• Supporting resources in contacts with other parts of the company
• Bearing responsibility for working according to the AM processes e.g. incident, problem and change management
• Following up and reporting to customers
• Internal follow-up and reporting within the AM concept
• Coordinating with partners
Your profile
The preferred educational background is an academic degree in IT or equivalent and experience from relevant operations. Experience from management and knowledge of Sandvik's IT organization is an advantage. The successful candidate will possess broad expertise in application management concepts and experience from working with planning, organization and follow-up.
As a person you are customer service-orientated with strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent language skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken are consequently required.
