Publiceringsdatum2015-08-25Dina arbetsuppgifterDC in Eskilstuna looking for an Allocation Manager The DC in Eskilstuna is responsible for all H&M store distribution in Sweden. Today the DC serves 146 stores with new garment and replenishment. In 2014 approximately 70 000 000 pcs were distributed by the 380 persons employed at the DC.
Role Description As an Allocation Manager you are responsible to manage managers according to H&M values by delegate, plan and organize.
At the DC in Eskilstuna you will be responsible for 8 Group leaders with groups of approximately 20 associates. The main task is to maximize profitability, accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability in the department along with the DC management team.
The Allocation Manager role is a key function at the DC and you will be part of the management team and report directly to the DC Manager.
