We offer you The main responsibility as an Allocation Controller is to ensure the allocation of our products with high precision in alignment with Kappahl's goals and strategy to contribute to increased sales and profit.
You will be part of our joyful Allocation team and will work in close collaboration with the other Allocation Controllers who are responsible for the allocation within all our sales channels - stores as well as online. You are placed at Sales and Business Development, but have close contact with other functions, such as Assortment and Marketing, Distribution Central, Sales Channels and other controllers.
The main tasks are:
Optimizing sales by allocating right garment to the right place.
Analyzing the sales and stock behavior in our different sales channels and stores to act on needs and potentials.
Follow-up and analysing KPI's.
Being part of developing the way-of-working and educating the organization.
Your profile We are seeking you who have academic degree within economics or similar, as well as previous experience as a controller or other analytical position, preferably within retail. You always have a business-oriented and commercial mindset and make decision based on increasing the sales numbers. You have advanced knowledge of Excel. You also master English and Swedish, in both speech and writing.
As a person, you are a team player but work independently with your responsibilities. You are responsive, analytical and thorough with a strong drive. You take initiatives and enjoy building networks within the organization and collaborate with a lot of colleagues. You enjoy a high pace from time to time and have an ability to prioritize and organize your work.
Are you interested? This is a temporary position until approx. April 2024 with placement at our head office in Mölndal. Start as soon as possible by agreement. Kappahl wants to be A Place To Belong, therefore we work with a hybrid working environment. This means that the majority of work you will work in the office, and you can work remotely in consultation with your manager.
