As we grow, we are also currently restructuring our organization and are searching for a brand manager with great sales experience and contact network who will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the provision of our services.

Your role
Your duty will be to take care of the development of specific brands setting and implementing strategies in the fields holding direct contact with the producers and the distributors. You will work closely with the CEO, financial-, marketing and logistics manager to ensure the fulfilment of the goals. This position is designed to put you into the heart of AliasSmith AB and we expect you to be able to lead and shape the internal processes in order to make sure that we fulfil our commitments towards providers and customers.

You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm Odenplan but the work requires travels to both the producers and all the distributors.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you probably have 7 years of proven experience working with sales and brand management. You are fully familiar with the challenges of export and having experience within the spirits' industry is a requirement. You should preferably posses a university degree but IT-fluency, analytical skills and the ability to learn easily are more important. Since you will be leading negotiations with customers and presenting statistical data and forecasts to the providers, your skills in mathematics, Microsoft Excel, negotiation and presentation will be crucial for your success.

You have great social skills, are perfectly organized and meticulous, with keen attention to detail, able to work independently whilst being a good team worker, versatile and capable of working in a changing environment and under pressure.

As you will have contact with our Mexican providers and European customers, proficiency in English is a pre-requisite and speaking Spanish a great advantage. As a company based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.

AliasSmith offers a challenging position with great growth opportunities. The position is a full-time job preferably starting ASAP with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable.
