Your role
You will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the expansion and providing excellent service to our present customer base and work to enhance it. As a team player in AliasSmith we believe that you are well organized, structured and have the sales experience and personality to drive channel strategy and identify opportunities. You will spend a good part of your time contacting costumers directly by phone and through other digital media and will also travel frequently to foster and leverage strong personal relationships with all levels of distributors and the account management. You will gather knowledge and feedback about channels, category trends, and effectiveness of campaigns.
To represent AliasSmith we expect your communication skills and ability to network to be top-notch. You will represent all the brands we promote and make sure that both customers and partners fully understand each product's potential as well as the different services AliasSmith offers.
You will develop and achieve sales performance targets, having direct contact with every customer and together with the AliasSmith team develop annual collaborative business plans and conduct weekly progress checks of customers' performance.
You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm but expected to travel around in Sweden, Europe and to Mexico to visit our clients, providers and partners.
The first goal will be to enhance the HORECA sales in Sweden.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you have a relentless drive for practical, applicable outputs. You simply love to sell and see that your efforts pay off. You probably have 4 - 6 years of proven experience working with sales and three or more of these years in the spirits industry.
As you will have contact with our European customers and represent Mexican brands, proficiency in English is a pre-requisite and good knowledge in Spanish an advantage. As the company is based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
Other desired qualities include "out of the box" thinking, a strong work ethic and effective decision-making abilities. You should possess a university degree, but IT-fluency, analytical skills and the ability to learn easily are more important. We believe that you probably are fearless and persuasive. Since you work through a huge network of contacts you are used to work with ERP and CRM tools.
The position we are offering is a full-time job starting ASAP with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable.
