As we grow, we are also currently restructuring our organization and are searching for a logistics expert who will become an essential part of the team, holding a key-role in the provision of our services.

Your role
Your duty will be to take care of order handling, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient and secure fulfilment. You will work closely with our financial manager and the sale staff, reporting directly to the CEO. This position is designed to put you into the heart of AliasSmith AB and we expect you to be able to lead and shape the internal processes in order to make sure that we fulfil our commitments towards providers and customers.
You will be stationed in our office in Stockholm Odenplan but may be expected to travel within Europe and to Mexico to visit our warehouses, providers and partners.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role you should have more than 7 years of proven experience working with logistics and be fully familiar with warehousing, transports, import and export. Previous experience with spirits? logistics is an advantage. You should preferably posses a university degree but IT-fluency, analytical skills and the ability to learn easily are more important.
We expect you to be perfectly organized and meticulous, with keen attention to detail, able to work independently whilst being a good team worker, versatile and capable of working in a changing environment and under pressure.
As you will have contact with our Mexican and European service providers and customers, proficiency of both English and Spanish is a pre-requisite. As a company based in Stockholm, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
The position we are offering is a full-time job preferably starting in October with an initial probationary period of 6 months followed by an indefinite contract if the candidate is deemed suitable.
