Open positions within Controls & Mechatronics
The Controls Department at Vicura develops applications, software and complete controller systems, with projects ranging from complete system responsibility to single software components. The Controls Department also has system level responsibility for mechatronics where we work closely together with the other departments within Vicura in order to have complete coverage of this wide area. We have a unique knowledge in translating customer properties to driveline functionality; from concept selection to industrialization; within Transmission, Electrical and Hybrid areas. We are currently expanding in the following disciplines:
Algorithm, Software & Calibration Engineers (Algoritm, mjukvaru- och kalibreringsingenjör)
As an Algorithm, Software & Calibration Engineer you will be involved from early concept evaluation to late industrialization phases of projects. Depending projects your responsibility will span from developing control algorithms/functions using modern simulation environment and tools, where safety, diagnostics and robustness are keystones; to ensuring that vehicles fulfill requirements regarding functionality, comfort, drivability, safety, legislation etc. The work is carried out in simulated environments (SIL/HIL), vehicles and test rigs/cells.
General qualifications:
M.Sc. within the areas of Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics, Physics or similar, with an interest for Controls and Electronic Systems. Experience from development of driveline systems or other similar systems are desirable. Knowledge of controls, electronics, simulation, signal processing, sensors and actuators, calibration or verification are merits. Experiences from Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, calibration-, CAN-, Hardware In the Loop- or rapid prototyping
