GM Powertrain Sweden are today working with around 800 employees stated at three sites in Sweden: engine development and engine production in Södertälje, integration- and transmissions development in Trollhättan and production of manual gearboxes in Göteborg
Algorithm & SW Engineer - System Safety
Duties:
You will work in the Powertrain Diagnostic Development group with developing safety functionality for our Powertrain Control Systems. The development work will be performed using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/RTW, FaultTree+, DFMEA, laboratory testing and using in prototype vehicles. Business trips in Sweden and abroad is part of the assignment.
Qualifications:
You should have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering and experience of development work within the passenger vehicle industry.
You should have experience in Embedded Powertrain Systems for vehicles and have knowledge of and experience from development work within Safety Critical Systems. Experience of Fault Tree Analysis is a merit.
Driver's licence category B is required.
