In this role, you will be an important part of a core technology team responsible for the development of future eye control modules for use in every laptop. Our latest product has been well received by the market and now we are planning for future platforms. Our multi-talented team has a wide range of competences, including electronics, optronics and algorithms. Now that we are taking our technology to mass market applications, we will have extremely challenging requirements on the algorithms to find and track the eyes. This is where you come into the picture.
We are looking for those who believe that they have the ability, motivation and passion to push the performance beyond today's state-of-the art algorithms. Our team is expanding and we aim to hire several algorithm developers
Your job will include a variety of different tasks, e.g.
• Development and maintenance of eye control products
• Development of algorithms within signal and image processing, computer vision, object detection and tracking
• Research on Tobii's future algorithms
• Algorithm tuning to maximize performance
• Simulation and testing of algorithms
• Optimization to meet timing and memory requirements
We believe you have:
• An M.Sc. and at least three years of industry experience, or Ph.D. in a relevant field
• Experience in computer vision, image analysis or signal processing
• Specialization in mathematics and experience using probabilistic methods
• Experience in algorithm development for realtime systems
• Deep knowledge of C and C++, preferably also Matlab and Python
