Role purpose: You will be part responsible for delivering correct regulatory reports to the Swedish FSA. The position includes delivering input to the annual and semi annual Mutual Fund report. The position reports to the Deputy CEO of Alfred Berg Fonder AB.
Key responsibility areas:
• Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, with regards to the internal and external (regulatory) demands.
• Responsible to monitor the received accounting data from FastNet and to ensure accounting figures are submitted in accordance with local Swedish and Group reporting requirements
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the outsourced relationship to Fastnet as well as responsibility to ensure that the outsourced service levels are met/managed
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to The Financial Supervisory Authority
• Annual and semi-annual reports with Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets and other Key-ratios
• Yearly reports to regulatory/government and tax reports.
Scope: Depending on profile this can be either a part time postion or full time position until further notice with startdate as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm.
Experience: 3+ years experience within Financial Services industry and prior knowledge of fund accounting. Knowledge of FSA reporting requirements, Knowledge of the Swedish mutual fund market, standards and regulatory requirements as well as applicable regulations such as Mifid, CAAML etc. Fluent in Swedish and English.
Interpersonal/Core Competencies: Strong communication and influencing skills, good customer and service driven, self management. Well organised and planned, responding positively to pressure, recognising priorities while remaining flexible to changing demands.
