We are looking for a supervisor to our airport team for the 2019 Turnaround Operations (16 turnaround dates in Stockholm from May the 18th till August the 31st - only Saturdays).
We hire individuals who make safety and customer service their top priorities. If you have the drive, confidence, and determination to succeed, we are looking for you!
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Previous experience in tourism and/or customer service is highly valued
• Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
• Italian or Spanish is a plus.
• Highly customer focused, helpful and with excellent personal manners
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible
• Positive and with a "can do" attitude
• Attention to details
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work independently

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: * Meet your team and brief the Team in the morning. * Supervise and coordinate activities of the Team. * Prepare daily operations reports * Assist with resolution of customer complaints problems
