Royal Capi-Lux is one of the divisions of the B&S International group. B&S is an international wholesaler, retailer and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods across a range of niche markets. In September 2015 Capi will start our sales operation at Københavns Lufthavne Kastrup in Copenhagen, Denmark. With the support from headquarters and our sales team we will be a successful operation with three stores at the airport! Do you want to be part building this business? Airport Manager Copenhagen
As an Airport Manager you oversee company needs, handle daily business issues and recognise business opportunities. You are constantly communicating with staff in order to improve the company's procedures, standards or policies while sticking to business edicts and regulatory guidelines. As an Airport manager you work together with the Sales Supervisors and report directly to the International Retail Sales Manager. You will learn the ins and outs of the organisation, from working in the shops, implementing commercial actions and working closely with HQ on budget.
Do you have the potential to manage and work in an international and dynamic environment with the latest trends in electronics?
Main duties:
• Responsible for turnover, growth and margin development of our stores at Copenhagen Airport
• Guarding international and national company strategy and HQ manuals are followed;
• Ensures the TTEC concept is implemented correctly;
• Analyses KPI's and acts accordingly;
• Works together with the team on the work floor;
• Evaluates directly designated staff using the applicable evaluation system;
• Supervises execution of inventories;
• Keeping up with market developments trade literature and trade knowledge;
• Supervision of promotional campaigns;
• Coaches team of 20 - 30 salespersons;
• Analyses sales results, stock levels, out-of-stocks, complaints and remarks
You are a natural leader and know, besides achieving your own goals, how to motivate others to reach theirs.
Profile
• Degree in University of Applied Sciences (Business Administration);
• Excellent command of the Danish and English language;
• Proficiency in other languages are preferable;
• Commercial attitude and passion for Retail;
• 3- 6 years of experience in a commercial role
• Able to solve problems and make informed decisions;
• Analytic but with a "hands-on mentality";
• You show by example: you're hospitable, a coach and co-operate with the team in the shops
• Your drive, enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant activities makes you a pleasant and dignified interlocutor.
