Summary of the role?

Fantastic growth opportunity for a high professional Specialist to lead the operational support for the whole Western Europe Airline Account Management cluster, and to support the GM of Scandinavia.



80%: Airline Account Management Operations

Working closely with the head of the Western Europe cluster, you will contribute to the success of the account management teams through:

Pipeline Management

Day to day sales & opportunity pipeline management and reporting for cluster.

Work with Account Managers to review and update sales opportunities.

Lead monthly pipeline reviews for airline IT, distribution, payments, etc.

Salesforce Upkeep

Ensure Salesforce is accurate and up to date for cluster airlines.

Follow up with Account Managers to ensure their accounts are up to date.

Account plans: Support account managers in the creation of account plans.

Monthly Customer Newsletter: Gather data and inputs for the monthly customer newsletter, working with EMEA Comms.



20%: Support to GM of Scandinavia

The GM of Scandinavia is part of the Western Europe cluster, and you will contribute to the smooth running of the three Scandinavian sites (Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo) by supporting the GM with:

Personal assistance

Schedule/meetings/presentations/travel

Site events and communication

Internal communication and events such as townhalls, newsletters, etc.

External communication, PR, customer and industry events, speaking opportunities, interviews, etc.

Site admin

Scandinavia performance monitoring, reporting and follow up

Ensure alignment between all commercial and corporate functions within Scandinavia

Monitoring of Amadeus Scandinavia payment processes to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices



Required:

Advanced Salesforce knowledge, and interest in becoming an expert user.

Strong MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, .).

Great team player; enjoys working with many different people in a truly international environment.

Well organized and structured.

Previous exposure to a customer management, or sales management environment a plus.

Fluency in English and Swedish both written and spoken. Additional Scandinavian languages would be an advantage.
