motivated and energetic candidates for the position of:
Air Claim Specialist with Danish or Swedish
Do you know foreign languages but do not have opportunity to use them? Are you ready for real challenging opportunities? This job is for you! Our client help passengers around the world who have experienced problems with their flights to obtain compensation from airlines. This gives us the opportunity to look into law issues both in the European Union and individual countries.
KvalifikationerYour Profile:
• You speak English AND following language fluently: Danish or Swedish
• You have outstanding communication skills, being both outspoken and a good listener simultaneously, self-driven with a high energy level
• You have exceptional presentation skills and are deadly persuasive
• You have the ability to handle more customers at once
• You are sales and business minded, driven by targets and achieving results
• Communicate with the clients and the airlines (part of the support team)
• Review claims database
• Prepare case summaries and organize materials for case review
• Collect all necessary documentation and organize it to start legal proceedings
