You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professionals and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
Reporting to the Head of Well-being R&D you will lead a concept development team for Air Care products. Additionally you will serve as technical owner of the Air Purification category and have a functional lead role for this category..

Responsibilities:
• Deliver innovative product and feature concept development in front-loading and concept phases in selected Air Care projects
• Take a leading and owning role on the Air Purification category from a technical perspective. Serve as key interface from R&D to business partners dealing with Air Purification products.
• Foster a delivery culture by participation in cross-functional projects.
• Ensure seamless global collaboration within our Global R&D and with our strategic external partners.
• Lead and develop concept development team to deliver assigned project portfolio.
• Continuously improve methods, tools and capabilities to create competitive advantages based on Consumer experience
• Foster a project culture with cross functional interaction and way of working
• Collaborate with key partners - Advanced Development, Module and Technology Experts, Design, CX Category, CX Management, Quality and Costing
• Assume budget and resource planning responsibility for Air Care Concept development.
• Be a member of Wellbeing R&D leadership team.
Qualifications:
· Degree of Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering or similar knowledge level.
• 10 years+ experience in innovation and product development organization developing mass-market products. Experience from Air Care products is a merit.
• Experience working in a co-development setup with a mass production sourcing partner
• Experience in people leadership and cross-functional interaction
• Deep understanding in innovation and R&D product processes
• Experience in development project format in early innovative phases
• Experience in testing procedures and international standards
• Robust understanding of design for quality and cost-efficient solutions
