About us
Our company build on over 60 years of experience in the parking industry, but the current Aimo Park was formed in 2019 when Sumitomo Corporation, a Japanese trading company ranked Fortune Global 500 for 25 consecutive years, acquired the operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland from the Dutch group Q-Park in order to invest in and position future mobility services. Aimo Park also has a daughter company for car sharing, Aimo Solutions.
Aimo Park is the leading parking company in the Nordics with around 370.000 parking spots on over 6000 locations, 800 employees, solid financial performance with millions of users and a turnover of 228M Euro.
Through our Innovation Lab, Aimo X, in Stockholm we continuously explore and experiment with new possibilities and opportunities related to mobility. We are looking for ideas that are unexpected but obvious, that create value for society, our customers and end users. And for Aimo Park.
About the role
We are currently looking for an Innovation Lead to Aimo X to take on the following responsibilities:
• Project manage and coordinate the development and delivery of proof-of-concepts as well as full functions, solutions and products within the scope for Aimo X and business development and digitalisation for the Aimo Park group
• Work in a tight agile collaboration within the Aimo X team and with other product teams within the company as well as business units, external partners, suppliers and customers
• Help identify, case, evaluate and prioritise strategic innovation and digital transformation initiatives as well as continuous product offering or way of working improvement
• Independently but collaboratively contribute to the full innovation lifecycle including ideation, design, development, technology choices, environments, quality assurance and best practices
• Lead the effort to evaluate, prototype, lab with and recommend approaches, technologies, products/platforms and third party solutions and collaboration
• Collaboratively hand over developed prototypes, solutions and technologies to product teams in the company to evolve them from PoC to MVP and eventually scaled up functions or solutions
About you
To flourish in this role, we think that you have the following experience:
• Team leading roles like product development / project / program / innovation / production manager, scrum master, product owner or similar in an entrepreneurial setting
• Understanding on digital trends and technologies
• Agile / Lean development and innovation
• Ideation from idea generation, business case building, value stream mapping, user journeys, funneling, prototyping, refinement and pivoting
• Leading development from concept idea through PoC, MVP to scaled up launch
• Engaging and coordinating teams, suppliers and activities high and low to ensure end-to-end delivery and success
• Stakeholder management, influencing and getting buy-in across different levels and organisations.
• Worked with app/web/analytics solutions from scratch to scaled up services
• Experience from startups, scaleups and from consumer oriented businesses
• UX centric product development
• Fast prototyping and modelling, design thinking
• Multi-national settings

• A leader, coach and facilitator who brings focus and purpose in creative and diverse environments
• Empathic, can read between the lines, see the whole and find strategic paths
• Enjoys the innovation process; starting with a need/want/problem and a blank sheet or half-baked setting and then ideate and implement from there
• Communicative, collaborative and with an ability to translate requirements or problems into solutions and to bring people onboard and pitch in
