Position description
As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for the experience that our customers get when submitting a claim. Your tasks will include entering information about the claim into our data systems, managing all communication with the customer and other stakeholders, assessing and resolving the claim issue at hand and following up with any outstanding issues. You will mostly work with travel and personal accident claims, but other types of claims might be assigned to you as well based on your experience and skills. The position will also include a number of administrative tasks depending on the overall workload of the claims team.
This is fixed-term position and is scheduled to start as soon as possible and end on 30 September 2015.
Job requirements
We expect you to be customer service-minded, to be able to work in a systematic and process-oriented environment and to have the skills for working independently.
Previous experience from the insurance industry is not a requirement, but will be beneficial for the candidate.
