Deep North is now looking for new employees to its Quality & Assurance Department. As part of our QA staff you will be responsible for checking the implementation of the Machine Learning model, conduct quality assurance audits and monitor and records results from processes and procedures. You will continually compare results to predetermined expected ranges and report measures. Our products give retailers the ability to track, assess, interpret and predict the latest customer behavior - and let them know the shoppers' demographics, and engagement in their commercial, physical space. We can now "see" consumer activity in real time - across an entire mall property, a grocery store, a retail chain, or a commercial event.
Your role
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Auditing the Machine Learning model to ensure standards are being adhered to
Ensuring auditing documentation is kept up to date.
Train and provide assistance to less experienced members of the QA team on quality procedures, protocols, and documentation
Maintain Quality Assurance documentation
Develop the standard measurements for processes to be compared against
Report measurements continually
Coordinate QA sessions with team members
Your experience and qualifications
We believe that you are motivated by proactive work together with our Infrastructure Team, and Project Managers. You are self-driven and like finding ways to improve our QA processes. To be successful in this role, we believe you have a profound understand of computers and experience using the MS Office suite.
Basic qualifications are:
Swedish and English fluency is required.
Experience using MS Office suite
Knowledge of information security practices
Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders

High level of integrity
High communication skills
