We are now looking for an AI Solutions Lead to our Data Analytics & AI Team. In this role, you will hold the keys to unlocking true business value through the strategic use of AI. As AI Solutions Lead, you are the essential bridge between cutting-edge innovation and real-world application in one of the most dynamic sectors of the telecom industry.
How you will make a difference with us As an AI Solutions Lead, you will play a key role in driving the development, delivery, and scaling of AI solutions across Telenor Sweden. You lead AI and Automation experts to deliver high-quality, end-to-end solutions aligned with our strategic priorities and seamlessly integrated into our IT landscape.
You set and activate our enterprise-wide AI strategy, defining the vision, priorities, governance, and roadmap in line with TnSE's goals and the Nordic AI First program. You identify and scale high-impact AI use cases from concept to production, ensure strong solution architecture, and drive innovation across teams. You also guide our RPA and Agents/Automations roadmap in line with evolving technologies and Google's agentic framework.
Through close collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you secure alignment and sponsorship to accelerate AI adoption. You uphold Responsible AI governance, ensuring ethical and compliant development, and guarantee that our AI solutions are robustly integrated for long-term scalability and stability. Finally, you strengthen Nordic collaboration by promoting knowledge sharing and aligning AI practices across markets.
Are you the one we're looking for? For this position, we are seeking a high-energy, forward-leaning AI specialist who is passionate about the transformative power of AI and GenAI. You are a self-driven professional with a proven track record of turning cutting-edge ideas into enterprise-grade solutions on platforms like GCP and AWS. With an owner mindset, you thrive on taking concepts from initial PoC to scaled, hardened solutions. You excel in collaborative environments, bringing the strategic clarity needed to align complex technical architectures with tangible business value. You are equally comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to build and scale next-generation AI capabilities.
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (e.g., Data Science, Physics).
Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and fostering a high-performance, value-driven culture.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for real-world applications across areas such as customer experience, operations, and commercial optimization.
Strong technical background in AI, GenAI, and Agentic Automation.
Experience managing complex AI/ML programs and driving cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and senior leadership.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP), including BigQuery and Vertex AI, plus knowledge of frameworks and tools such as A2A, MCP, and Google's Agent Development Kit.
Proven ability to deliver business value through data-driven innovation.
Deep understanding of data architectures and secure data processing.
Proficiency in English; telecom experience and Swedish proficiency are meriting.
