hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Peltarion AB i Stockholm We are looking for a talented AI Research Intern interested in pursuing a PhD degree during the fall at our office in Stockholm. As part of our Data Scientist team you will perform research that advances our understanding of deep learning model internals and training dynamics. You will get the opportunity to collaborate with people in the data science and product teams to help integration relevant functionality into our platform. As a person you are curious and an excellent communicator who have the ability to be a strong team player but also someone who has the capacity to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications
• Pursuing a PhD degree in a field related to deep learning and/or neuroscience
• Demonstrated communication skills in e.g. public speaking events
• Substantive interest in deep learning and in how the internals of deep learning models work
• Advanced knowledge of statistics, modeling, and deep learning
• Ability to appropriately select and apply quantitative analysis techniques to answer complex questions
• Moderate knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with data visualization techniques such as matplotlib and D3
Meritorious Qualifications
• Capacity to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of neuroscience topics, and ability to understand connections to deep learning models
• Prior internships, work experience, and/or applied analytical/consulting projects outside the classroom
• Advanced proficiency in Python and software engineering techniques such as version control and continuous integration
• Prior experience working with explainable predictions of deep learning models, and/or understanding dynamics of model training

Varaktighet, arbetstid
This is a paid part-time internship for 30 hours a week and we are looking to have someone start in the Fall of 2018. 60%-80%
