We are now looking for an AI Governance Manager to join a leading Nordic bank and play a key role in ensuring that its Generative AI platform meets the highest standards. In this hybrid role, based in central Stockholm, you'll combine three days a week in the office with two days working from home, collaborating with experts across the organization to drive innovation in a safe and compliant way.
About the position
Perido is looking for an AI Governance Manager on behalf of our client, a major bank with a vision to realize dreams and help its customers achieve their goals. The bank serves over 10 million customers and has offices across Northern Europe. This position is based in central Stockholm and offers a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office and two days' work from home.
Your daily tasks
As an AI Governance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer's Generative AI platform, the Knowledge Agent (KA), meets internal governance standards, including compliance, business, and financial requirements. You will oversee all lifecycle activities related to KA, from implementation and updates to decommissioning. In addition, you will manage key stakeholders and ensure effective use of internal governance tools to support alignment, transparency, and operational efficiency.

In this role, strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for evaluating complex governance requirements and making sound decisions. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and compliance across all processes. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and translate technical or regulatory concepts into clear, actionable insights. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset will help you address challenges before they escalate, while adaptability ensures you can navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility are key, as the role involves safeguarding compliance, ethical standards, and business interests.

Qualifications:
Application and/or providership experience
Stakeholder management skills
Experienced in working in large corporate IT
AI-experience
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
Contract type and hours
Full-time consulting assignment for 3 months. Start as soon as possible.
