To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a passionate and skilled intern in the Platform Team for a paid summer internship.

About The Role:
You'll work alongside a highly competent team which is redefining how energy systems operate. Expect real responsibility, steep learning curves, and the chance to contribute to something that truly matters.
This internship puts you at the intersection of AI and platform engineering, where you'll shape how Flower's developers work alongside AI agents - exploring tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and agent SDKs to redefine what modern software development looks like.
What You'll Do:
Explore and shape developer experience (DevEx) for AI agents, treating them as first-class contributors in software engineering workflows
Investigate and prototype new development workflows leveraging tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and agent SDKs - including integrations with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
Research and design frameworks for trust and quality in AI-generated contributions - exploring how to give agents the right context, tooling, and test harnesses so their changes are correct, well-written, and verifiable
Evaluate how AI-assisted tooling can drive productivity gains across engineering teams
Collaborate with the Platform Squad to align findings with the broader goal of improving developer productivity across the organization
Who You Are:
University studies in Engineering, ideally in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Machine Learning
Currently in the final years of your academic journey (preferably in the last years of your Master's), or recently graduated
Fluency in spoken and written English
Eligible for work in Sweden
You are based in Stockholm
Available for work from June 8th, for about 8-10 weeks, full time (40 hours per week)

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm, just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
