hela Sverige The advanced analytics team, which operates as part of business development, is looking for a Project Manager focusing on AI and digital projects to strengthen its ranks. This role is a key enabler in our digitalization and data driven strategic vision.
As a member of the advanced analytics team, you will be working in an ambitious self-governing and operational team where there is ample opportunity to learn and grow. We work actively with mentoring and feedback!
We work in a context where business, technology and mathematics intersect, and in the role of AI and Digital Project Manager you will be an integral part in ensuring that we shape and refine our work in accordance with business and strategy needs. In addition to being passionate about working on strategy and business development, the right candidate should have a keen interest in digitalization and advanced analytics.
The team is part of the larger business development team, which we cooperate and work with on a variety of topics.
For this role we will consider both experienced and junior candidates.
High level description:
- Work together with both advanced analytics resources and individuals from the broader business development team to deliver projects and products within the digital and AI topics
- Support analytics and data-focused use cases driven by the group together with the Head of Analytics involving companies across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland
- Promote analytics and data driven decisions across group business, product, and service development
You:
- Analytical and structured individual with a keen interest in working operationally
- Passionate about digitalization and analytics with either a high-level understanding of the topics or a keen interest in learning about it
- Pragmatic and result-oriented mentality - you want to drive change and realize strategic initiatives
- Strong people management skills - able and interested in working with both business and technical individuals
- Solid communication skills that you can leverage to convey complex ideas in a comprehensible way to a wide range of stakeholders across our business units in the Nordics and Poland
- Interested in the strategic and business side of digital product development and the use of AI as an enhancer and enabler for new business models
- Team player that is open to both giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Academic degree
- Able to communicate well in English
We expect you to:
- Plan, lead and drive modules within larger business development projects having an AI and digital focus. Topics covered could be anything from data governance strategy to covering business needs in personalization using machine learning.
- Cooperate with and support stakeholders, both internal and external, across projects to promote a data-driven agenda
- Design, build and give strategic or business presentations for various stakeholders and audiences with some input and support
- Work together with business development colleagues to deliver the analytical and digital parts of the group strategy
