We want you to work as Strategic Solution Manager and be accountable for delivering Automation and AI solutions across the Ericsson group units also referred as "business" in this job ad.
The strategic solution manager will be a key member of the SA Automation & AI team, in charge of delivering Automation & AI solutions within selected Transformation areas across Ericsson to unlock the full potential and realize values at scale. Main responsibilities include translating business requirements into Automation and AI solutions, optimally securing business value, and long-term Transformation journey.
Will understand, develop, and maintain Automation and AI solutions along with the current automation roadmap and target state.
What you will do
E2E accountability for designing, developing, deploying AI and Automation solutions into production cross technologies and systems
E2E is accountable for scaling and defining life cycle management (LCM) for the implemented solutions
Accountable for budgeting and resourcing for the delivery of solutions
Define and prioritize the roadmap for solutions
Manage stakeholders related to solutions
Supervise all aspects of a solution delivery projects
You will bring
We have high expectations of you as an individual, to bring a good combination of broad-based business, leadership, and functional experience:
Exposure to Automation and AI technology, strategy, operations, technology adoption, digital transformation, digital collaboration
Deep level of understanding and experience in technologies and related operations of one or more Automation & AI technologies (AI/ML, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, low code etc.)
Strong expertise in understanding and translating business needs into Automation & AI solutions
Possess a very strong business-first approach
Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy in the digital world; a big-picture vision and ability to effectively roadmap the desired outcome, and the delivery know-how to make that vision a reality
Ability to foresee projects roadmap and have an overview of all tasks and work within the project teams in combination with a proactive approach with the ability to identify possible opportunities in new business areas
Financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on costs
Performance and results-oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Master's degree in engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience
