About the Role
You will step into a key role in a large international organization that is adapting its ways of working to a new operating model. This is not only about introducing new routines. It is about helping teams and stakeholders turn AI, agile principles, and practical delivery into a way of working that creates real business impact.
In this role, you will combine coaching, transformation support, and hands-on AI work. You will work close to teams, management, and other stakeholders to create structure, build momentum, and strengthen delivery capability across the organization. The environment is complex and involves many moving parts, which means you will have plenty of room to influence both day-to-day execution and long-term capability building. What makes this role especially interesting is the chance to work at the intersection of AI, agile transformation, and organizational change in a truly international setting.
Job DescriptionYou will support teams in adapting their ways of working to a new operating model.
You will coach the organization in agile practices and help translate principles into practical ways of working.
You will work hands-on with AI in real use cases and help connect AI opportunities to team delivery.
You will create structure, momentum, and stronger delivery capability within and across teams.
You will help teams and stakeholders navigate change and establish sustainable ways of working.
You will contribute to long-term capability building in both AI and modern operating models.
You will collaborate with teams, management, and external stakeholders in an international environment.
RequirementsStrong expertise in AI and practical application of AI.
Experience in Agile Coaching and transformation of ways of working.
Ability to lead change, enable teams, and implement new operating models.
Experience working in large organizations with complex structures.
Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a hands-on way.
Experience collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams, management, and external parties.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach individuals and teams.
You are used to driving progress together with teams and turning ideas into results.
Nice to haveExperience with vibe programming or AI-assisted development.
Previous experience in change management within international organizations.
