hela Sverige We are now hiring a Test Manager to join our secure systems development department!
In the role test leader for our secure communication systems you work in agile development projects from the very beginning to the final release test. In the startup phase you develop test strategies for the specific product. During the project you work closely with the development team to test new functionality and add tests to the continuous integration environment. You also plan how to perform acceptance tests with other testers together with our customers.
As a Test Manager at Sectra Communication you will have the following responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of test strategy for high security communication systems
• Drive improvements in the testing area to increase efficiency and product quality
• Active communication with product managers and systems developers in an agile atmosphere
• Coach and mentor testers in their daily work and in the test profession
Our expectations on you:
• You have a burning interest to improve yourself and our department in the testing area
• You have recently graduated or have a couple of years of working experience in test or software development
• You value customer contact and thrive in a technological environment at fast pace
• You are interested in working within the IT security field
• You care about quality and you know what it means to release high quality products
• You have a University degree and an engineering mindset
• You have Swedish citizenship and are fluent in both Swedish and English
