As we continue on our quest to democratise financial services, we are looking for an inspiring Agile Team Coach to join our Client Foundation Area and take on a key role in helping our cross-functional development teams to evolve. In this role, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with bright people whose mission is vital to iZettle and includes diverse domains. Our teams delivering value to both internal and external users, this is a great opportunity for an ATC passionated about people as well as building close relationships to make a positive impact. In other words, our people are the backbone of our successes and they will trust you as their Agile Coach to unleash their potential and to transform them from good to great, and from great to awesome.

A glimpse of what you would get here
As an Agile Team Coach at iZettle you'll be improving team and cross-team collaboration. We'll look to you to proactively drive continuous improvements and challenge the team's current way of working, encouraging experimentation, and crafting a high focus.

Some examples of what you will do:
Coach the team and individuals across all Lean & Agile values and principles;
Define the team process and ways of working together with the team;
Facilitate or support the team to facilitate their team ceremonies;
Visualize the team's capacity, progress and current lead times in an easy-to-digest way;
Quickly / Efficiently remove team impediments to avoid them becoming blockers;
Continuously improve each and every team delivery while maintaining the high performing stance;
Offer tools and new ways of working for the team to be able to deliver value;
Help the team to look ahead and facilitate the longer-term planning;
Continuously challenge the team in status-quo.
