ESSENTIAL
University degree within IT or related areas,
Fluent English both in speech and writing
5+ years' working experience, preferably in IT Project Management roles.
Communication and presentation skills,
Both a team player and a leader.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
We believe you feel comfortable in the consultant role and have a strong drive to develop your leadership and management skills. As a person you are interested in leadership, both with the ability to lead yourself, but above all to be able to lead others.
Consultancy positions are available for Swedish work permit holders and EU citizens.
DESIRABLE
Project management certificates (SCRUM, SAFe etc)
Experience/knowledge in Agile project management
Master's degree
Swedish language skills
Experience in international companies.
