We are undergoing a major transformation of Swedbank's IT infrastructure and have started a competence shift from infrastructure engineering to software development, with focus on service automation, new storage and virtualization technologies, moving towards integrating cloud with today's in-house solutions.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be responsible in setting the vision and roadmap to maximize the business value of our investments and the team's work, aligning with Swedbank's strategic direction.

• Together with the team take ownership on what is delivered.

• Collaborate with other product owners, stakeholders, and cross functional teams by finding solutions for how our products and services are presented in a consistent and standardized way.

• Build a close relationship and increase cooperation across all tech and business areas.

• Prioritize, manage the backlog, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.

• Lead and prioritize activities with the aim to continuously improve our environment with automation in focus.

• Take full responsibility for area related investments, budget, and contracts (life cycle, HW, licenses and support)

• Be responsible for Swedbank 's VMware based virtualized environment, hosting ~6000 virtual servers.

• Be responsible for the underlying hardware infrastructure consisting of traditional vSphere hosts connected to a stretched storage and HCI nodes (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) with vSAN.

What is needed in this role:
• Ability to inspire, engage and communicate value to motivate and build teams in a complex environment.

• You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate empathy and genuine interest for the end user while taking ownership delivered outcomes.

• Great communication skills and an ability to rally people to your cause (listen, ask questions, build trust)

• Track record of product ownership & backlog management together with strategic thinking and innovative mind-set

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team's process

• Good knowledge of Agile way of working and contribute to the team's agile ceremonies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to set KPIs and follow them together with the team.

• Pragmatic mindset and the ability to take the larger picture in consideration.
