Group IT's role in Swedbank is to provide the bank with a stable IT operation that is up and running 24 hours per day. About the job As an APO you are considered to be a leader who has responsibility for securing delivery of appropriate, high quality and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance with the internal and external regulations and standards.

This is an important position where you will have to balance between short-term and long-term needs and be able to make decisions in the best interest of Swedbank. There will be challenging targets but you will also have a lot of mandate and freedom in how to reach those goals and you will closely cooperate with APO community and Team managers within Group IT.

Workplace platforms has wide range of responsibilities to ensure that everything what runs on Swedbank workplace environment.

In the Workplace platforms division you will have responsibility for existing and new Swedbank PC platforms (SWP), including integrations with other services ex: different portals and RDS as well as all business areas to ensure that all applications are capable to run in workplace environment.

Main activities for an APO are:

Secure delivery of appropriate, secure reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards
Ensure IT services are aligned with the Swedbanks future vision and Target Architecture
Define and communicate the product vision and articulate the backlog items
Prioritize and manage the backlog
Coordinate dependencies with other teams inside and outside of Group IT
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Ensure problem, incident and crisis management

What you need to succeed Academic degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or any other relevant discipline is a criteria to take on this role. You are familiar with the agile way of working and have gained experience of it from cooperating with agile or cross functional teams from before. We like to see that you have a good level of understanding of the business area and product that the team is responsible for as well as being capable of communicating the product vision. You are structured and can prioritize; you are a strong leader with good decision making skills. Having high integrity is not a question, you are a person who sets goals and achieves them by thinking out of the box. You are not afraid to challenge your environment; others describe you as open and flexible to changes and new ideas.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must in this role.
