Due to the changes and the increase of digital development they also need to take laws and regulations into consideration. As Agile Product Owner at Swedbank you will be a part of that journey and contribute with your knowledge to develop the future bank.
Beskrivning av tjänsten
Come work in Swedbank Labs! Channel Development, a part of Swedish Retail Banking, is and will continue to be a very exciting place to work in the coming years, working here you will play an essential part in transforming the bank, be it through complex initiatives driven by regulation or new digital services. We offer an eclectic environment with fast pace and engaged co-workers. In Channel Development they are responsible for managing, driving, and ensuring deliveries of all channel projects involving IT development, from pre study to end of implementation and launch to customers.
The range of types of projects they do is broad:
• Customer channel development of functions, products and processes
• Creation of employee tools
• Mandatory/fraud/security initiatives
• IT Life cycle projects
As a Project Product Owner you will lead, plan and analyze the requirement work from pre study to project launch. You will work with agile methodology and have close co-operation with other Swedish Banking competences, IT, external partners, product areas and other Swedbank units.
In your role you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that the project delivery meets customer expectations and needs (external and internal customers).
• Being a leader in creating and coordinating requirements within the project team and with stakeholders, legal, compliance and risk organization to meet deadlines and keep high quality
• Interlock with other competences in Channel Competence Center such as the User Experience team and business need analysts, as well as external partners
• Have both the helicopter view as well as ability to go down into details to ensure requirements are high quality
• Contributing to decision material and business case
