About the job The Deposit management domain is big in terms of number of projects and technical challenges. In deposit area includes bank business and IT system interaction analysis as well as project and maintenance support. Efficient communication with IT and business stakeholders will be an important part of your job. We have approximately 14 million accounts in Swedbank & Savings Banks, where 5 million transactions are made daily and almost everything passes through general ledger for deposit. Accounts where deposits and withdrawals are made with interest calculation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
You will analyze, prioritize and maximize the value of the investment opportunity and the work of the cross functional team.
Secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards.
Ensure that the backlog is update: items are created, acceptance criteria's are defined and items are understandable for the team.
Prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory etc.
Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/Minimum viable product from the value stream roadmap is delivered.
What you need to succeed You are structured and goal-oriented person. It is important that you are able to prioritize requirements that will come from different stakeholders. We are looking for an APO with strategic and practical mindset and experience from:
Strong team player
Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Also, it is a plus if you have:
Business knowledge in Payments & Deposit area
Experience from Mainframe
