In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Be accountable for securing delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards (Data ownership*) within Swedbank and CFT.
Communicate product vision in the organisation.
Collaborate with vendors and other parties on dependency management. Internally and externally.
Adherence to established processes and frameworks (SWAP, ITIL, SAFe, etc.), constantly improving way of working.
What is needed in this role:
Extensive level of understanding of the business (payment area), knowledge of the product/service, very good level understanding of software development and maintenance.
Very good ability to communicate the product vision. Fluent and proactive in communicating product vision and wanted position.
Experience from working in an agile team, from the business/functional area, in software development area in GPP and long experience both from supplier perspective and as a customer/buyer of payment systems.
Ability to take decisions in the interest of Swedbank. Build and maintain a relationship with the Stakeholders.
Understanding system thinking and working towards optimizing organization as a whole. Very good communication skills & social competence, solution-oriented, internal drive and personal efficiency. Strong leadership skills, integrity, enjoys leading the change. Can manage uncertainty and complexity. Be a customer-centric and supportive team player.
Academic degree in engineering, business administration or any other relevant discipline.
Language skills: Proficient English, spoken and written.
