We are looking for well-organized and driven Product Owner that is passionate about development and transformation within Oracle database area.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Manage product development backlog and roadmap;

• Prioritize, align and coordinate activities together with stakeholders as well as vendors;

• Own service portfolio under your area of responsibility;

• Be a part of an agile team focused on delivering customer needs;

• Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.

What is needed in this role:
• Expertise in time, dependency and stakeholder management;

• Ability to define and maintain product vision and backlog;

• Understanding of working according to Scrum, SAFe or any other Agile framework;

• Good to have a technical knowledge about Oracle databases;

• Strong background in understanding IT-development and maintenance in a complex system environment;

• Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset;

• Very good communication skills and social competence;

• Team player mindset and can-do attitude also in complex situations;

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
