About the job As an Agile Product Owner (APO) you are responsible for what to build and to maximizing the value of the investment opportunity and the work of the cross functional team. Our cross functional team will develop reliable, adequate test data and test environments to meet business needs.
In the Agile Product Owner role you will be responsible for:
Ensure that the backlog is in place. Communicate the product vision and articulate the backlog items
Prioritize and manage the backlog
Ensure that agreed investment opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Decide when there is enough value to release to production together with stakeholders
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about driving change and have a genuine interest in test. You need to have leadership skills since you will be leading an agile team and continuously make prioritizations of the backlog. In addition, you need working experience in agile way of working.
As an individual you are open and have good cooperation and communication skills and you are a strong team player. You have the ability to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and speaking. In addition, you are analytical and have a structured way of working.
