About the job Swedbank is increasing its analytical capabilities and diversifying its data landscape, looking at new ways of capitalizing on data, with the ultimate goal of better knowing and hence better serving our customers. In doing this, new platforms and technologies for discovery, advanced analytics and big data will be explored and introduced. This will be done in close cooperation with the business and IT.
As an APO you play a key role in our vision of ensuring that Swedbank has an updated and functioning data analytics solution that meets bank analytics requirements and support almost all department of bank to be efficient in their work to detect customer insight, customer loyalaltiy, product upselliing/ cross selling, suspicious money-laundering and terrorist financing cases.
You will be part of a cross functional team that will consist of Business- and Data Analysts and Software Engineers. We work with a Big data open source tools like HADOOP and we load large amount of data from several product systems both in batch & realtime. The team develops, tests and implement big data solutions for our customers as per their requirements.
As an APO your responsibilities will include:
Maximizing the value of the investment opportunities and collaborate with the team in achieving that
Ensure that the backlog is in place: items are created, acceptance criteria's are defined and items are understandable for the team
Prioritize and manage the backlog
Ensure that agreed investments opportunities/MVPs from the value stream roadmap are delivered
Coordinate dependencies and request deliverables with other CFTs within and outside the value stream
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries
Plan and estimate the work together with the team

What you need to succeed As an APO you feel a strong ownership of what is being delivered, both from a quality and time to market perspective. You are passionate in agile methodology and have the right skills to align the team ways of working to Swedbank Agile Process.
The role requires:
Enterprise Information management
Data privacy and regulations (GDPR, BCBS239, PCI)
Big Data (general knowledge)
RDBMS (working knowledge)
SQL (working experience)
BI/DW (working experience)
Business-oriented, with a strong customer focus
Innovative and creative; you enjoy working in the rapidly changing digital environment
Very good communication skills and social competence
Being a strong team player
Internal drive and personal efficiency
Strong Leadership skills, ability to delegate and follow-up
Open, Simple and Caring
Good to have skills
Experience of work within BI area and Data Lake
Conceptual knowledge of Hadoop and BI development experience
Working/coordinating with both maintenance and development
Able to communicate effortless in English, both in writing and in speech

You are a team-player with a positive and supporting mind-set and ready to excel within your area of expertise.
