Ivbar is a fast-growing and value driven organisation developing technology to support a fundamental shift in how healthcare is delivered. Our advanced benchmarking platform, Era Vision, operates on big data in several countries and automatically identifies potential for hospitals to improve quality of care and reduce cost. Era Vision also enables payers (e.g. regions or insurance companies) to manage value based payment models that focus on results rather than activity (i.e. hospitals are paid for providing health rather than health care).
Today, we are world leading in our field, and are now expanding to several international markets. Creating user friendly products for medical experts is our key and we are now looking for a creative mind that can drive our product development.
Your role as Agile Product Owner
As an Agile Product Owner at our place, you will work with a highly skilled Development Team to deliver innovative improvements and user friendly experiences for our leading platform, as well as build whole new products. Together with our CPO you will be responsible for leading the product development process from idea to detailed requirements, overall interaction design for user flows and functionality and final delivery. You manage backlog and priorities development activities to balance customers and business benefits. Tasks including (but not limited to):
• Create, priorities and communicate an operational product roadmap based on the strategic roadmap.
• Manage agile processes and delivery focus in the team through sprint activities, time schedules and releases.
• Create models and analyze requirements to ensure functionality and testability.
• Interact with end-users to understand and translate needs into product solutions.
• Manage communication externally and internally with different stakeholders
• Measure and analyze product performance to quickly iterate and improve
As a part of our agile team you will participate in all phases and steps that a project involves. You will play an important role in taking our product to the next level while being a part of building a global organisation that make real difference in the healthcare sector.
Your skills and qualifications
You are an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager with a passionate for building great products and knows how to inspire others. You are used to work close to developers in an agile environment and have a good technical understanding. You have a solid understanding in usability and user experience principles, are fluent in Swedish and English and it's a merit if you have previous experience within complex products or from develop a product from scratch.
You have the ability to lead both yourself and others and knows how to priorities, focus and balance user needs, business requirements and technology in an efficient and pragmatic way. Great communications skills, a can-do attitude with an analytical mindset and a good eye for details is also required. We also believe that you have a genuine interest in digital trends and new technology and we will appreciate you bringing new perspective on how to continuously improve and develop our products.
