About the job As APO for Mortgage Accounting CFT you manage the requirements, the backlog and the delivery for services to support Swedbank Mortgage (Hypotek) company accounting flow.
In the role as Agile Product Owner, you will be responsible for what to build and to maximize value of an investment opportunity within the CFT area and the work of the cross functional team.
Secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards;
Own IT assets assigned to the APO;
Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and Business Domain Architecture;
Communicate the product vision and articulate the backlog items;
Traditional project management skills.
What you need to succeed The ideal candidate has/is :
Relevant University degree (MSc or Bachelor);
Experience from working in an agile team and project management;
Experience from Accounting area;
Good understanding of software development or maintenance;
Self-driven, give and take responsibility;
Collaborative.
