About the job Digital Lending is in the fore front of digitalizing the Lending products and developing super user- friendly digital solutions through the Mobile app and Internet bank. We have just started and you as an APO will play a crucial role in this journey.
As an APO at Digital Lending you love working agile and you have the natural leadership skills for driving prioritizations according to the value streams roadmap. Also, you are not afraid to speak up and make your voice heard. In this role, you need to be pragmatic and solutions-oriented. You will be working extremely close to the CPO and the CFT.
You are true team player, know how to motivate and bring the team together and you always have a clear vision on what the team should achieve.
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be a perfect match for the team. We see you as a leader who likes to take initiative and is always one step ahead of the game. You're English is flawless, both verbally and in writing.
Also, we are looking for you who:
can manage the backlog -prioritize and makes sure it 's crystal clear for everyone
can lead and guide the team in the right direction - especially during stressful times
have great communications and coordination skills - both within the team and with other CFTs
are outstanding at stakeholder management
have a strategic view - you collaborate close with our CPO when putting together the roadmap
have the relevant university degree
are able to travel, as your top-notch team is spread-out across countries
