Are you a leader with a knack for bringing out the best in people and infrastructure products? We are looking for a Product Owner to join our family of world class storage competence and support us to provide the best storage solutions in banking!
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Take on the leading role as Product Owner for the Storage and Data protection services within the Core Infrastructure value stream.
• Responsible for a highly important area including;
• "Block storage", the disk for the full range of our Virtual Infrastructure environment (Windows, Linux, Oracle and SQL)
• "NAS infrastructure", the environment for all User and Group File Shares
• "Object/Archive infrastructure", the long-term disk for Exchange, filebarn, Contact Center, Ctrl-D.
• Data Protection: providing the backup fundament for all internal customers and servers.
• Ensure investments opportunities/MVPs/Features are understood by the team. Inform customers and stakeholders about unmitigated risks, dependencies and other obstacles that might affect delivery.
• Plan and coordinate for important maintenance and development tasks to secure high availability, cost efficiency and continuously improved infrastructure environment
• Develop your collaboration and English skills in an international environment as the team is based in Tallinn and Stockholm.
• Be part of our high-quality delivery team of skilled Software and Infrastructure Engineers to ensure top of class performance and stability!

What is needed in this role:
• You are a driven well-organized person able to identify user needs, have a customer perspective in understanding business values and work with a cross-functional development team with internal and many times complex external stakeholders.
• As a person, you are structured but can handle ad hoc initiatives and changed conditions and short deadlines
• Ensure investments opportunities/MVPs/Features are understood by the team. Inform customers and stakeholders about unmitigated risks, dependencies and other obstacles that might affect delivery.
• Accountable for securing delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the life cycle in accordance to internal and external regulations and standards within Swedbank and CFT.
• Communicate product vision (Product roadmap) and articulate backlog items.
• Prioritize and manage backlog.
