About the job The teams in the Techstream strive to make it as easy as possible for all teams in the Value Streams to deliver customer value in a fast, stable and secure way.
The Infra & Security team develops and maintains the banks middleware platform and we are the by many means the central point in this organization. For the Techstream to succeed in its mission we need to transform our middleware to mini services, roll out a Data Grid as well as other exiting technical solutions.
We conduct our work in the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently do the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
Some of your duties as an Agile Product Owner will be:
To have a vision of what you would like to be build, and convey that vision to the scrum team
Prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle, regulatory etc. items
Closely cooperate with the team other APO:s, & CPO
Communicate with stakeholders about ongoing and planned activities and manage their expectations on deliveries
Continuously strive to improve the agile process by which the team, you, other APO:s and stakeholders work together
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about digitalization, be a strong team player and being able to motivate yourself and others around you.
You are not required to be an expert, but you should be familiar with concepts like; DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Containers and Scrum Methodology
The role requires that you have great communication skills along with a cooperative mindset. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
