YOU WILL
As our Agile Master you will be coaching our DevOps team using agile team practices with focus on flow and taking lead in continuous improvements. Agile working methods are a foundation in our way of working and to deliver larger solutions together with other teams. The main products that the Lund DevOps team are focusing on are automotive electronics, such as digital instrument clusters, main vehicle computers for autonomous driving, infotainment systems and future research projects in the AI field and as Agile Master you get to lead the exciting development of tomorrow's technical solutions.
We use agile scaling approaches, e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and you will support the team to embrace, adopt and apply agile principles and practices. You work closely with the team, the Product Owners and with the line management and supporting the Product Owner's efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. Further you will:
• facilitate all team meetings like the daily stand-up, iteration-planning, demo and retrospective.
• collaborate with other Agile Masters to increase the culture within the Agile Release Train.
• coach international teams from different cultures.
• engage and be active in our agile forum at office level.
• create the environment for the agile teams with focus on open communication and task mindset.
• forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
• be the expert of estimation and planning and possess the knowledge of how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
YOU ARE
We are looking for you who have experience from a similar role as agile master or scrum master, either full-time or as stand-in for the regular agile master. Most important is your great interest in agile methods and that you enjoy being the bridge between technology and team development. We expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You are a team player that contribute and bring out the best from your fellow team members and work actively to increase your work network. We believe you deliver by being proactive and supportive while, like the rest of us, you think it's important to have fun at work. Experience is important, but personality is at least as important. We value good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, empowerment and increasing transparency.
