We are looking for an experienced Agile master for a distributed team in a project that develops autonomous driving solutions. Agile working methods are a foundation in our way of working and to deliver larger solutions together with other teams we use agile scaling approaches, e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
As a SCRUM / Agile Master you:
Are responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Use your skills for conflict resolution, communicate using scrum values such as openness, honesty and respect.
Coach international teams from different cultures.
Create the environment for the agile teams with focus on open communication and take the task mindset.
Need to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
Need to be the expert of estimation and planning. You should possess the knowledge of how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
Engage and be active in our agile forum at office level.

Qualifications
Technical understanding.
Working practically and communicating in a structured way.
Convinced that verification is as important as implementation.
Being a people person (help, inspire and engage the team members to overcome obstacles).
Good skills in English is mandatory, written and verbal.
