Agile Managers to Scania IT
Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from heavy truck manufacturer to a provider of sustainable transport solutions. IT is a vital enabler on this change journey. In order to successfully support this, Scania IT has initiated a significant transformation towards improved flow orientation and a focus on agile ways of working. We will now be working very close with the business and from 1st February we are aligned with Scania's core processes.

Your duties
Your main tasks will include: .Ensuring your team's ability by develop self organized teams
• Creating a team climate where innovation is a given factor and where our new ways of working can develop and continuously improve
• Drive the change in agile way of working
• Motivating, engaging and developing your co-workers
• Responsibility for the team's delivery in close cooperation with our business area
• Responsible for budget and to maximize business value from your capacity
• Being a member of the section's leadership team
Your profile
Being a leader comes naturally to you, as does decision making. As a leader you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual.
Having a close dialogue and a close cooperation with the business is instinctive to you, as is understanding your team's deliverables. You also have good knowledge in IT and like to handle technical discussions.
You have a deep understanding of the agile manifest and what it truly stands for. You setup teams with diversity to maximize their value. You can coach and lead teams in their journey to continuously improve and reach new insights of their own capacity.
You are willing to drive changes in your surroundings to challenge old structures and patterns. You also have an understanding in agile portfolio management, capacity planning and building product roadmaps.
We believe that you have a university degree (or equivalent experience) and master English both spoken and in writing.
