Order to delivery IT is a department that serves the global Production and Logistics organization with digital tools to enable them to reach their business and digitalization targets e.g. E-mobility, 3rd production hub in China, and general productivity increases.
We are going through a growth transformation, and we are looking for several great new leaders to join our management teams! Here is a fantastic opportunity to get in and into a great digitalization and business transformation journey in one of the most exciting departments at Scania!
As a manager at Order to Delivery IT. You will be responsible for an awesome team and its commitment to ensuring close partnership and quality delivery of our services to the Production Units' value streams
You will also be part of an equally awesome management team within one of the sections in the Order to Delivery Department. We believe in modern and inclusive leadership thinking and agile way of working, and we think you will fit perfectly into that mindset. We value flexibility and give a lot of freedom to teams and individuals to choose where to work from that fits the job task and the need for the team.

Your main responsibilities will be to inspire and drive with enthusiasm a development culture where your team members get challenged and grow in their careers. It is also to collaborate closely with our partner IT groups and business stakeholders and make business and IT working as one.
