IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The group HR IT supports Scania with Human Relation (HR) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle; from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania's business is changing over time and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing new technology, replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape.
Globalization, digitalization and mobility are examples of trends that are affecting our business environment. We are moving towards SAP SuccessFactors, SaaS and AWS.
We are now looking for an experienced group manager who wants to lead the team on this digital and agile journey and broaden her/his knowledge within the business area of HR.
Your work assignment
You will as a servant leader guide and support your team to develop innovative and cost efficient solutions and services to maximize business value.
One of your main responsibility will be to architect, implement and facilitate the transition to an integrated IT-ecosystem that will enable the team, the organization and our partners to unify and improve global work processes across all of Scania's core products.
You will also continue to drive the change towards an agile way of working together with HR. As a leader you work actively to motivate, engage and coach your employees based on Scania's values and principles. Your team consist of approximately 15 employees. As a group manager for HR IT you are an active member of the departments management team.
Your profile:
You are a natural leader with a passion and understanding of the agile culture and ways of working. Have good leadership and communication skills, show curiosity and inspire people around you. You achieve results through others and have the courage to drive change and take decisions along the journey.
Having a close dialogue and cooperation with the business is natural to you, as to understanding your team's deliverables. Doing this by having a good knowledge in IT and an interest in handling both strategic and technical discussions.
You have proven experience from coaching and leading teams in their journey towards continuous delivery. Your stakeholder management skills are very good as you are expected to handle multiple business relations as well as coordinating several IT service delivery organizations to support your business. Being a group manager for HR IT means developing a wide network of contacts both within and outside of Sweden, therefore you need to be proficient in written and spoken Swedish and English.
