We provide IT solutions for the Swedish and Danish organizations.
Business Assurance domain is looking for a new Agile Manager to lead one of the domain teams.
Business Assurance is a domain within 3 IT with the mission to provide the capabilities that enables 3 to fully leverage its assets including employees, technology, data & money. The domain consists of three groups (including several teams) with responsibilities ranging from business analysis to testing, with multiple nationalities. We drive our work in self-organizing agile teams. The teams deliver capabilities within Business Intelligence, ERP, Collections and Credit Check, and are responsible for both maintenance and new development. The work is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders to secure quickly and efficiently development of innovative software to leverage our assets and support the business.
As Agile Manager within the Business Assurance domain your primary responsibility is to lead and develop the people and processes to secure efficient delivery. This means setting the vision and strategy towards the IT vision, drive change and to support the team in their continuous improvement. The challenge in this role will be to strike the perfect balance between your leadership yet preserving each team's unique characteristics and individual needs. Sometimes you, just like your team members, will have to step up, be T-shaped and take on roles to assist the team in their delivery.
You will be expected to act as a change agent; lead, empower and enable the team to deliver successfully to the business. You lead you team with a coaching approach towards development. You clearly set the organizational direction for the team towards the IT vision at 3. As a member of the domain management team, you are expected to work in close collaboration to drive the domain forward. This includes driving strategic initiatives, ensuring optimization within the domain and its continuous improvement. You will have an important responsibility to build and maintain trusted business relationships to strongly link IT and business. You will also be responsible for maximizing the use of the group budget based on evolving business direction and priorities, including managing suppliers and contracts.
To be successful in the role you have a solid understanding of IT within mobile telecommunication business. We think you have at least 7 years of technical experience within large scale IT development and several years of successful experience in leadership roles. You have an M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent and more than two years' experience working lean/agile. You have a good business understanding of finance, logistics and HR processes. You are passionate about leadership, have an open clear and open way of communicating and strong interpersonal skills. You actively listen and giving and receiving feedback is an essential way for you to build successful relationships with your team, manager and business stakeholders. You need to be fluent in English and communicate well in Swedish. You thrive in a fast paced, social, dynamic, value driven work environment and you have experience from a multi-cultural organization.
